SALSA (PICO DE GALLO)
1,5 cups chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped white onion
1/2 to 1 tablespoon chopped fresh jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 2 cups.
